When a young Sydney couple purchased this newly built Balmain home, they wanted my help to select their forever pieces. Furniture that would not only compliment the style of their light-filled home but which would also reflect their love for travel, nature and sustainability. The latter saw us make purchases from retailers including Totem Road and Seljak – Australian brands creating beautiful furniture and homeware while also doing their bit for the environment. 

It was also important to ensure we included space in the design for some of the couples existing pieces, many of which with sentimental value, handed down through the family, they were as important to include as the new furniture.  The result? A modern relaxed home with as much style as it does heart.
